This series can be taken in part or in full for a discounted price is $280.00. Each class will discuss the muscle groups in the titled area and how to apply deep tissue massage to those muscles. There will be discusion on which “tools” to use, body mechanics, and anatomy of the area.

Facial massage class - Jessy Appel                                           3 CE hours

Wednesday Sept. 10, 2025 (6-9pm)

(Optional additional cost to keep facial massage tools $30.00)

This class will be covering the face and Decollete area. We will be using different facial tools to help smooth, brighten, tighten, and relax the the face and anterior neck. We will also be incorporating scalp massage.

Getting Comfy with the Neck - Megan S.                                 3 CE hours

Wednesday Sept. 24, 2025 (6-9pm)

This class focuses on Massage & Myofacial Release techniques for the Neck. Students will learn about the anatomy of the neck and techniques to offer relief for common complaints in this area.

Chair Massage - Vanessa Webb                                                3 CE hours

Wednesday Oct. 8, 2025 (6-9pm)

This class will talk about chair massage and how/why it’s used. We will cover how a professional massage chair works, set-up/take-down, where one might use chair massage, good body mechanics for chair massage, and chair massage massage techniques.

This class will teach techniques, a basic routine, and how to offer this modality as a stand-alone service or add it to another session. This class will focus on reflexology of the feet.

Learn an introduction into the gentle technique of Lymph Drainage Massage. This technique is a great tool for encouraging lymph and blood flow, reducing swelling/edema, and promoting healthy skin.

This extremely relaxing and renewing treatment is perfect for the colder weather months. The class will include techniques to combine therapeutic and energetic aspects of working with various stones and layouts.

Intro to Cupping – Jessy Appel                                          7 CE hours

Sun. Nov. 2, 2025 (9 a.m. -5 p.m.) $220 for the class only ($285 with 2 cup sets)

This class will review multiple forms of cupping massage. We will use multiple types of massage cups. There will be lecture and hands on time for this class. Previous massage experience is required.

Intro to CST – Dr. Gail Cloud                                            8 CE hours

An introduction to this light touch therapy called Cranial Sacral that brings therapeutic work to the nervous system level for deep relaxation and release of stress and trauma.

Intro to Thai Massage – Ryan Powers                          12 CE hours

Sat Dec. 6 & Sun Dec. 7, 2025 Sat (9-4) & Sun (9-4) $300.00

This class will explore an introduction to Thai Massage. Thai Massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching along with it’s Ayrurvedic principals. It utilizes the bodyworkers hands, elbows, feet, and knees. In traditional Thai Massage clients lay on a mat on the floor, however some techniques can be modified for the a client on the table. Please be sure to wear comfortable stretchy clothes.
