 Jessica Appel: Administrator & Instructor

Jessica has worked with Elements of Wellness since 2006 and acquired ownership in August of 2011.  She is passionate about the wellness field and is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2002.  Jessica holds the core values of Elements of Wellness close to her heart and is eager to grow in the years to come.  She has implemented many new and exciting opportunities at Elements of Wellness such as: a Professional Massage Clinic, Wellness Classes open to the community and a large CE schedule approved by the NCBTMB.

With years of experience and working in a variety of environments, Jessica has a great understanding of the field and how to be successful. She specializes in Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, MFR, and Trigger Point therapy. Jessica believes the body has the power to heal itself and with Massage Therapy you can help people find pain relief and balance.

 Lucinda Sohn: Program Director

Lucinda founded Elements of Wellness School of Massage with a passion and a mission. Her passion for teaching stems from an understanding that education is meant to bring forth understanding from within. She continues to offer instructor training to bring these concepts to the staff of instructors that work with Elements of Wellness.  Lucinda is a Missouri Licensed, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. Lucinda has studied and practiced massage therapy techniques since 1994, and as a Voice Therapist specialized in techniques to relieve muscle tension in the neck and TMJ since 1984.  Lucinda has been teaching courses and holding workshops in the St. Louis area since 1990, teaching nearly 1000 hours a year the past four years.

Anita Schoeb: Instructor

Anita Schoeb is a Missouri State Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Kaleidoscope School of Massage in 1992. She received additional training in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage and Medical Massage. She enjoys teaching business and massage modalities and maintains a private practice.

Brian Harasha, D.C.: Instructor

Brian has over 12 years of experience in the field of alternative and conventional health care.  His focus is on bodywork and acupuncture, which he was able to practice full time while also managing a health care center from 2000 – 2005.  As a student, a practitioner and a patient he has a well-rounded perspective on health and healing and excels at presenting such material to his A&P students.
