Join Rena for this new anatomy- based class! Where you will learn in depth techniques to work with your body and support your tension release and recovery response. You will leave class noticeably feeling centered, grounded, and relaxed.

Bring your self, a yoga mat, and invite your friends 🙂

All are welcome; whatever your activity and training level is, this recovery class will help you feel and move better. In the class we will be using innovative, functional tools to target restrictions head to toe. Learn how to further your mobility and leave class feeling more fluid and dynamic in your movements. You will learn efficient ways to take care of your body and feel motivated to use these techniques regularly and as needed. Gain a new practice that supports your care and recovery so that you can continue training in what you love.

Please note if you’re interested in taking a one-on-one ($45.00) or two-on-one ($25.00 each)  yoga session we are still offering these session throughout our transition.  Contact us for more information and to be connected with our yoga instructors.

This class in great for students new to Yoga and those desiring a slower and easier pace. We will be using props such as blankets, blocks, straps and chairs (provided by the studio). Items will be used as support for the body to learn and relax without over-efforting. 

Wednesday Mornings 6:30 – 7:30 am

Sunrise Yoga

Open your energy and vitality to bring clarity and balance to the forefront of your day.  Join us for an early morning yoga experience, open to all the levels.  

Thursday Days 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Yoga Lunch

Take a yoga break! Energize and replenish your body & mind with a midday class. Open to all levels.

1 on 1 Yoga SessionsFor those who are new to yoga or who would like a more personalized yoga session or class Elements of Wellness offer one on one yoga sessions.  Please contact us for more information or talk with your yoga instructor after your next class.  Private yoga sessions start at $45.00 for a 1 hour session.
