Testimonials
"My yoga teacher training experience with Jaime has been so valuable, in both my teaching and in my personal life. The training helped me to gain a thorough knowledge of the physical and mental/emotional benefits of the yoga postures, how to structure an effective yoga class, and how to modify postures and sequences. Jaime's training also encouraged me to delve deeply into yoga philosophy, which has positively affected many aspects of my personal and spiritual life as well as how I instruct my yoga classes. I greatly appreciated Jaime's wealth of knowledge of yoga and natural healing, as well as his gentle and encouraging approach in teaching; he has a genuine concern for and connection with each of his students. Having established a strong
foundation for practicing and teaching yoga through Jaime's training, I have the confidence and knowledge to personalize my yoga instruction to reflect who I am and best meet my students' individual needs."
- Laurie Brockhaus, RYT at Urban Breath Yoga

Using a variety of proprietary and stimulating exercises, you will quickly master the teaching dialogue, and you will study demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, personal teaching style, qualities of a teacher, and the student's process of learning. Stressed is the FIRE Series' teaching script used to effectively teach individuals or groups, proper pacing for each posture, voice projection, articulation, student inspiration, when to use and how to make safe hands-on corrections, and how to maintain the energy of the group. Non-contact hours are approximate, and based on personal study of the teaching script. Meditation is a requirement that can be earned in or outside the EWNH
