Mind Over Matter: Tools for Guided Imagery - Thursday, May 6, 6-9 p.m.
Imagery accesses the mind/body/spirit connection allowing the subconscious to align with the conscious for healing and to literally make dreams come true. Develop your skills with tools for induction, inclusive language, and the artistry of painting a verbal picture.
Becoming an Empath - Thursday, June 3, 6-9 p.m.
You are already empathic! Learn techniques to more firmly establish your energetic edges, clear and protect your auric field from unwanted energy, discern the meaning and impact of incoming information.
Power Up! Energy Activation Techniques - Thursday, July 1, 6-9 p.m.
Chi/Qi building tools to increase your energy awareness and cultivate chi/qi.

We will literally be bottling the energy of crystals by infusing their energetic signature into a liquid matrix. When masterfully prepared, gem elixirs clear subtle channels so that the divine blueprint of consciousness is free to express the intelligence of the soul.

Energy Play (48 hours)
An experiential class for discovering and exploring energetic healing.
This 48 hour intensive course is directed toward individuals interested in energetic assessment and healing methods. Develop your intuitive awareness. Energy basics include self-care practices and preparatory techniques as well as methods to scan, clear and direct energy. The Chakra system, vibrational healing, crystal healing and toning will be explored. This class includes Usui Reiki 1 and 2 attunements and practice, with certification to use Reiki to treat yourself and others.

Usui Reiki 1 and 2 (24 hours)
Reiki is an energy healing method involving placing the hands on or just above the body in order to align chakras and bring healing energy to areas of need. The practitioner is trained to access and serve as a channel for life energy, using a passive touch that clients experience as warmth or tingling. Treatment strengthens the harmonic flow of energy within the body, returning the body to a state of balance. Reiki can be used to heal both yourself and others. Usui Reiki is the Reiki of Unconditional Love. Two attunements, all Reiki hand positions, Reiki 2 symbols, distance healing techniques, and the International Center for Reiki Training Reiki 1 and 2 Manual are included.

Ortho-Bionomy Basic Spine Workshop
Ortho-Bionomy is an effective bodywork with a gentle, non-invasive approach for releasing pain and tension without causing pain. Your clients will benefit, and so will you. Gentler releases translate to less wear and tear on your body, including your hands.
In this workshop you will learn the principles of Ortho-Bionomy that underlie the techniques. Ortho-Bionomy stimulates the body's self-correcting reflexes. The Basic techniques taught in this class will allow you to facilitate the release of the acute and chronic holding patterns that create the pain that goes with these patterns of tension. You will learn palpation and sensing skills that will increase the
effectiveness of your bodywork style. Ortho-Bionomy is compatible with most forms of bodywork, systems of exercise, or methods of health care. This class will focus these principles on the spine.
