Transformational Healing Series   

Instructors Corirose Benitez and Lucinda Sohn team up to create this magical mix of creative, spiritual opportunities.     

Sacred Alignment 1:  Introduction to Medicine Wheel, Shamanic Trance Journey Techniques, & Shield-Making.  Earth-based wisdom, inclusive of divTerse spiritual paths, is the backdrop of this play-full experiential workshop.  $90, 3 Wednesdays, 7-10 p.m., November 2-November 16 

Return to the Root Finding center in changing times requires stillness; listen to the wind and the water; tune in to the messages of the earth and fire.  What do you desire to mend and what do you choose to tend?  $50 for 2 Wednesdays, 7-10 p.m. December 7 and 14

Solstice Energy Raising Singing and vibrational healing to celebrate the return of the light.  $10 suggested offering.  Wednesday, December 21, 7-10 p.m. 

Sacred Alignment 2 Series
Soul Retrieval, Inter-generational Pattern Healing, Rattle-making.  Earth-based wisdom soul retrieval provides techniques for transforming places in our history where patterns of challenge were laid in our souls. Ends with celebration of Imbolc, hope rising as the days lengthen and our dreams begin to take shape. $120 for 4 Wednesdays, 7-10 p.m., January 11-February 1

Reiki Classes
Reiki is an energy healing method involving placing the hands on or just above the body in order to align chakras and bring healing energy to areas of need. The practitioner is trained to access and serve as a channel for life energy, using a passive touch that clients experience as warmth or tingling. Treatment strengthens the harmonic flow of energy within the body, returning the body to a state of balance. Reiki can be used to heal both yourself and others. Lucinda Sohn teaches Usui Reiki 1 & 2, ART (Reiki 3), as Reiki Mastery, Karuna Reiki 1 &2 as well as Karuna Mastery that would include Karuna 1 & 2.
