The Space: Physical Facility

Elements of Wellness has a campus in University City and in Wentzville. Our main campus is a 3,000 square foot facility on Delmar just wet of the Loop which houses classrooms, administrative offices, a store, a library (reading and meditation room), restrooms and a kitchen.

The feel of the space is warm and inviting yet professional. It's a space that invites community. We're located moments from the Delmar loop. Contact us for a tour. The facility, which opened its doors on December 1, 2004, also offers massage therapy services and community wellness classes.

Both of our campuses are community-oriented space is designed for a variety of classes, events and services.

Location
The main campus is located in the landmark building at the corner of Midland and Delmar, Elements of Wellness is easily accessible to the Highway 40 and Highway 70 corridors via the Delmar exit off of Highway 170.

The Wentzville Campus is located at 1023 Main Plaza Drive.

Equipment
The school is equipped with massage tables (a minimum of one per three students enrolled in the program), massage chairs (a minimum of one per four students enrolled), Shiatsu mats, and seating for discussion and lectures. Anatomy charts and diagrams, skeletal models, and audiovisual equipment is available for instructional support.

School Library
References are housed in the reading and meditation room. Over 200 books are available covering a wide variety of aspects of massage therapy and many holistic resources. Over 50 CDs are available at the listening station in the reading room. Video references are available for students to check out. All other references are to remain in the reading room.
